NII Clean Products dispatches all orders from Northern Ireland using trusted courier partners, including DPD and Montgomery Distribution for palletised freight.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)

Republic of Ireland

European Union

If your location is not listed, please contact us at sales@niicleanproducts.com before ordering.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.


3. Delivery Methods & Times

Small & Standard Orders (DPD)

Location Estimated Delivery
Northern Ireland 1–3 business days
Mainland UK 1–3 business days
Republic of Ireland 1–3 business days
European Union 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs, or peak periods.


Large & Pallet Orders (Montgomery Distribution)

For oversized or palletised orders, we use Montgomery Distribution.

  • You will receive an email notification once your pallet is collected.

  • You will receive a phone call from the delivery driver when they are nearby or to arrange delivery.

Delivery times for pallet orders may vary depending on destination and order size.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Order weight and size

Free delivery is available on qualifying orders, where advertised.


5. Customs, VAT & Duties (EU Orders)

For deliveries outside the UK:

Orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.

NII Clean Products is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Tracking & Notifications

DPD orders: You will receive a tracking link by email once dispatched.

Pallet orders (Montgomery Distribution): You will receive an email when collected and a phone call prior to delivery.


7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, no one available, or refused customs charges, the parcel may be returned and re-delivery charges may apply.


8. Damaged, Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.


9. Returns & Consumer Rights

Returns are handled in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (see our Returns Policy).
