It also enables a better fit that is more precise and exact. The double and single ears make the hose clip tamper-resistant, allowing for a firmly gripping clamping action once it is completely mounted. With additional rounded edges, your hose is safe from potential damage as well, making these W-1 Two Ear and One Ear Clips some of the most versatile and preferred clips for hose assemblies in almost any industry.

How to apply the Ear Clips?
- Safely position the hose / hose clip
- You can either use a Front Ear Pincer or a Side Ear Pincer
- Front ear pincer = If you have plenty of room and are able to be face on
- Side ear pincer = Is useful if room is restricted, you can use the side of the pincer
- Once ready, firmly squeeze the pincer tightly... Done!

 

How to select the correct size Ear Clip?
- Accurately measure the OUTSIDE diameter (OD) of your hose / application
- Select the Ear Clip which size range matches the OD of your hose
- Watch out for the hose OD increasing when you push in your application
- Example: If your hose is 6mm OD, select the 5-7mm Ear Clip
